I am trying to modify my Featured Category on my store front, however, when I choose an existing featured category photo and click edit to change the picture to the new category's picture, I am linked to photos on my computer's hard drive, not the photos associated with my eBay listings.
Ironically, when I choose to edit a photo of listings associated with the other rows on my store - Featured Items, Just In Items, Top Picks Items I have no problem - the link goes to the eBay listing photos.
I reported this issue four months ago to eBay for Business on Facebook. They advised me that there were some technical issues that eBay was currently working on and to give them time to address it.
Can anyone provide any insight as to what might be going on?
