I believe it is on eBay's end, as I can render thumbnail images in 'Returns' in Seller Hub, but not in 'Awaiting Shipment' or 'Paid and Shipped'. Very frustrating, as I must now open each item to ship out to make sure the right item is going out. I have done all the usual stuff: cleared cache and cookies, rebooted router, disable anti-virus, tried another device on my network (doesn't render).
This seems to be affecting only a small percentage of users, not sure why. A web search reveals that this issue has cropped up before for some users in the past, no solutions however...
