Well, I spoke too soon. When I cleared my Browsing data on 2 computers, Full Size pictures came back, BUT only for ONE listing; upon viewing further pictures, the Upper Half only Pictures are now back.
Ebay; PLEASE fix this, as it is costing Sellers Sales and preventing Buyers from examining what they might want to buy!!

Using Edge and having the same issue today.

From the other screenshots we have seen, the problem page is arranged with thumbnails below, while the page with side thumbnails is fine. Seems to be browser independent and may be mobile size dependent.
My desktop Firefox view is fine.
In the same Firefox on desktop, I used the "Responsive design mode" to set my display from desktop to iPad 810x1080. Then I hard-refreshed the screen. And now we have the laptop and mobile view - the one with the issues.
I also tried simply enlarging and reducing my browser width and zoom settings, as those have had some affect on display issues in the past, but doing so did not change the picture arrangement the way the design mode did.
So then I wondered if simply refreshing enough times would deliver content from a different server every so often. But a couple dozen hard-refreshes did not change the page display.
Anyway, what we see here are two different eBay page layouts, and the bug is only in the mobile view. The URL for that view includes "&redirect=mobile", but I don't know if that is an eBay redirect or a design mode appendage.

Which view do you see on Edge? Are the thumbnails across the bottom or along the side? What happens if you clear your Edge cache? All of the complaints, so far, point to the layout with thumbnails along the bottom.
Are you using a smaller monitor? A laptop or tablet?

Not sure why you're asking me about Edge. As stated, there are no image issues for me in Edge, only in Chrome. The bottom half of the large primary thumbnail is cut off in Chrome.

My questions are directed at why Edge works for you. Does it show a different arrangement of thumbnails? Are the thumbnails on the side? Are you using a laptop?

Here's an Edge screenshot. Hope that helps.

I use Edge on my desktop with windows 10 and am having the same issue with photos showing up cropped. Not buying anything since I cannot see what it is!!

Thanks! That confirms that your Edge browser (which displays photos correctly) is showing thumbnails on the side. We are seeing the failures in the page layout where the thumbnails run across the bottom.

I have been having the same problem for the past couple of days. Using Chrome in Windows 10.

Well; it now appears that this is DEFINITELY an Ebay issue. I just looked at the same item on Ebay from many different Sellers. I ran across 2 types: No Thumbnails (pictures were just fine), and Thumbnails below the pictures (pictures only had upper halves). I did not see any items with Thumbnails on the left side, but it is my guess that those pictures would be working just fine as every one I have seen that way, was working just fine. Hopefully Ebay will not drag their feet fixing this???

I am having the same issue. Very frustrating.

I just figured out that listings with one photo are to having this problem. Only listings with multiple photos are having the problem where the main photo is cut off.
Which leads me to believe it could be a problem with the zoom feature.

I fooled around with my customize settings a bit -- changed pics from large to medium and that didn't make a difference. Other than the covert prices to US my settings were the same as your screenshot.
I cleared history and shut my ipad right down...pics still not displaying correctly in search.
I will have to figure out how to clear cache, I've never done that on my ipad.
