Im still waiting 4months later!

I bought an item  in September.  Hasn't shown up. Sell says wait alittle longer they will reship it faster but I must wait 20-28 days for it to arrive. Been in contact with the seller off n on 

4 month's from Sept of 20'.

It 1/28/21. 

Now Ebay sent me a message that it's a closed case due to inactivity???!     WHAT

IDK WHAT TO DO NOW N I'M UPSET.

If you paid with PayPal you can file a INR claim through PayPal

If you paid with credit card you can try filing a chargeback
