IOSS number, I paid taxes twice,

Hi!

I bought two products! They came, they are beautiful, everything is fine with them! But I had to pay 27% tax! However, this amount is included in the purchase price based on the ebay invoice! Both purchases have an IOSS number on the ebay account! But it is not found in the Hungarian customs system! In other words, it has not been paid! That is why I would like to contact the Ebay official or operator! But I don't know how it's possible! I would like to reclaim the tax on the products!

There is a page on ebay for requesting refund from eBay for double VAT.

The process is:

1) Go to https://ocsnext.ebay.com/ocs/mudcwf?deptName=CollectRemitRefund , upload a scan of the receipt/invoice of the second VAT, and describe the issue (basically describe that the postal service required VAT to be paid again for your specific order number after it had also been paid to eBay).

2) Wait for eBay to respond, hopefully they are able to match your order info and document upload to process the refund, and then wait a bit more for the refund to processed back to your payment method.
