ALL buyers owe it to themselves to become acquainted with eBay's Money Back Guarantee, preferably BEFORE beginning to buy here.

You made a purchase from an individual seller on eBay.  Most likely your seller won't see your message here.

You have 30 days after receipt to open an item not as described with eBay.

Go to your Purchase History and find the item in question.  There will be a drop-down menu.  Select "want to return".  For reason, select "not as described".  You then wait 3 days for a response.  No reply? Just return to your case and ask eBay to step in.  eBay will tell you to keep the item and will refund you in total.

Then please take the time to read the MBG so you'll know what to do if/when a transaction goes wrong.  It's for your benefit.  

PS:  It's never ever a good idea to post personal contact information on a public forum.  You might see if you can edit your original message.
