You need to contact the seller and resolve the problem with them. We as a community can't resolve your problem for you. This is a place to ask questions or for advice. You must make that happen yourself. Keep in mind that when you agreed to purchase the coffee maker you agreed to all terms the seller stated which includes shipping cost. You can request politely for a refund of the shipping cost cost difference but if the seller declines that doesn't mean they deserve a negative feedback. They shipped the coffee maker to you for the price you paid. Don't like the cost of shipping then don't buy it.
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason. The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning. If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
In addition to Ken's advice, you can also select 'Doesn't seem authentic'... either will prevent you from paying return shipping. There's no need for you to foot the return shipping cost for an item that was sold to you not usable. Good luck.
