I need to email Customer support due to my account being hacked. PLEASE HELP, 'I'm getting nowhere '

I URGENTLY need to speak with eBay security or customer service's... Please can somebody, 'Anyone' - 
point me in the direction of where I can send my email (that's just taken me the past HOUR to type!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙄😡
These help page's are useless to someone with mental health issue's, and it's already been THREE whole weeks, & 'STILL' I'm yet to make **bleep** contact with somebody.

I do not know about email, but there should be a phone number that you can call specifically for account security issues in the UK.
