If you have been blocked by a seller or sellers, there is nothing you can do to remove that block.

If it is something different, you will need to give us much more information.

What is the error message you receive?  The wording will help us know the reason, as there are many reasons.  @valde60346

New buyer accounts often face limits when it comes to auctions and offers, and can be restricted to buying fixed price listings.

I suggest reviewing the help page for more information. If you received emails from eBay you should follow any steps they asked you to take.

You are not contacting eBay or their employees in the community forums or Ask a Monitor, we are other buyers and sellers so do not know anything about why you might be blocked. If you have questions you need to ask and tell us what is going on so we can make suggestions on what you might need to do.

If a seller has blocked you it is because they don't want to sell to you, so there's nothing you can do, eBay won't get involved with a sellers block either.

Find another seller that is willing to do business with you.
