I'm trying to buy an item on eBay and I need help from an agent

If you have questions about an item, you need to contact the seller not eBay. eBay isn't the seller, just the platform used to sell on, like placing an ad in a newspaper.

Even if you did call and talk to an agent, they wouldn't have any more information than what is shown in the listing.

You don't need help from an agent.  He knows no more about the item than you do.

You need to contact the actual seller.  And I believe there's an option for that within the listing.
