The title says it. Every time i buy something or list an item, within an hour my account is locked and I’m required to reset my password.
Ive contacted support about it several times. They assure me that “this time” the problem will be solved. Well, it never is and it’s getting exhausting.
Im fairly certain it’s because I moved to a new country. I pointed this out to the customer support people and followed their recommendations to update my info, etc - doesn’t help.
