I used to choose PayBright as payment method for my previous purchases.

Since 20 December the option is not appearing when I choose an item, even I tried with seller that I used Paybright to complete my orders with them before, but unfortunately the option to pay with Paybright is not showing up on the screen.

I called PayBirght they told me that I need to check with Ebay.

Ebay told me that everything should be OK and there is no problem from their side.

Anyone has the same issue ? Is there any solution for that ?

Make sure that you are on eBay Canada www.ebay.ca because PayBright is only available on eBay Canada not on eBay USA.

According to this, you need to generate a new virtual card for each purchase. Then you select Visa and enter your virtual card details. Hopefully these FAQs will help. Click the link to see all the FAQs.

I'm sure 100% that I'm using Ebay.ca as usual.

I already checked all frequent questions related to PayBirght payments.

The fact is that I tried to use the same sellers where I bought items previously and used the PayBright method as payment and I was able to complete my orders. Now with the same sellers, it's not showing up and I'm not able to see it on the screen (I tried many seller and many item) to request a new virtual card to pay and complete my order.

Then you will need to contact Paybright and ask them. eBay sellers don't not have any control or choice over what payment options are on their listings.
