I'm a seller and cannot find a way to contact ebay about appealing a decision

I tried going through the website and sellecting "appeal". I spent an hour typing my reply only to get an error message after hitting send and losing everything I just typed. I tried again and got the same error.

I just tried sending an email directly to ebay@ebay.com, customerservice@ebay.com, and customerhelp@ebay.com, but none of those worked. I'm at a loss what to do next.

A buyer decided he didn't want the item after he received it. I don't accept returns for change of heart/mind though so he just said it was not as described, and despite multiple attempts to have him send photos of what is NOT as described, he didn't send any and ebay just closed the case and refunded his full amount in his favor. He still has the item, and he does not even need to return it??!??

eBay, please tell me how to contact you or contact me directly. I have also tried the phone number you gave in a message last week BUT THAT NUMBER IS NO LONGER BEING USED!

Hi there.  My scenario is a bit different than what you experienced but I think the answer can apply.  Use "Report a Buyer" button for falsely reporting a claim.  It is clear you don't accept returns.  Any reason he gave other than it was broken won't work.  When Ebay told me to stop being the good guy on these things a lightbulb went off.  Reporting the false statements the buyer made, makes ebay to conduct an investigation on the seller.  Although Ebay does not let you know what is happening with their investigation, in your case they might as I assume the buyer clicked the button that asks for a return.  Good luck.  It worked for me.
