Been trying to log in for about 3 hours and kept getting this error message:
"Pardon Our Interruption...
As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:
You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.
You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser.
A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript, is preventing JavaScript from running."
NONE of those reasons applied and I somehow was finally able to get in but just wanted to make people aware of it in case it is happening to them too. I'm using Chrome btw.

Make sure your browser is up-to-date and has JavaScript enabled (and not blocked):
https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
In some cases, if you are using a bad link and getting stuck in a redirection loop, you can get that error message.
If the problem happens when trying to sign in, see if you can use a different link to sign in.
https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
If you are using a mobile browser, try changing to a different browser mode: mobile, classic or desktop. Sometimes one page may not render properly in mobile or classic mode, and that may cause a redirection to a different mode, but the page may redirect back to the first page in a loop. Try a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode.
Or try using the app.

Same here...switched over to Edge browser and was able to sign in, no problem. Keep switching back to Chrome and keep getting exact message that you are. So obviously, the main thrust of the problem is with Google Chrome. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon.
