Greetings. I have two problems, the first is the phone number verify code before selling something. I put my phone number and I doesn't work. Appears the message: "Something isn't right. Please double-check the info on this page," and I got the right phone number. I have a bit of luck when I changed the PIN and I got passed the phone number verify, but I didn't receive the code. I tried with another phone number and it passed it and it received the verify number. Now It doesn't work whatever the phone number.
The other problem is the registration of the visa debit card information. I changed the debit card for a new one and tried to update the information, but it doesn't work. Appears the message: "We couldn't verify this card. Please select a different payment method." And I swear I have the right information. A page said that I have to update my shipping information. I did that and I put the updated information in the billing address and it doesn't work either. I think it shouldn't be the debit card or the bank, because I made an account and I bought something on MercadoLibre and AliExpress.
Help me if there any solution to this problems.
Also, does ebay show the right amount the characters on the phone number information?
I'm from Chile and to call someone in the same country needs 9 numbers. Ebay show 10 characters instead, where 8 are "x" so as not to show the phone number. Is it normal or I have a technical issue from ebay?
