20 items unpaid, I have spoken to ebay 3 times, and they will not give me a satisfactory  answer, and now they send me an email saying if I do not pay for the items, I may lose the items

Does your seller ship to the UK? If not, the seller may have blocked payments from users with a primary shipping address in a location the seller does not ship to, even if you use a different checking address at checkout.

Otherwise, try using a different payment method.
