Hello.
I recently tried to order a refurbished FitBit. The first attempt told me my credentials are bad. The second attempt told me the same thing. The third attempt told me I didn't have enough in my account. It purchased the item twice while telling me I couldn't purchase it due to incorrect credentials.
So I thought, no worries, I'll quickly refund one of them so that I still have the one I wanted.
Why is it telling me I've made no orders when my bank says I clearly have? 2 at that?
Trying to not get discouraged, I move on to the customer support. I tried calling a number to find it was no longer in use, and it suggested I use the page and support chat. So I go to the customer support page.
There it is! The item I ordered! Sadly, eBay is telling me I both did and didn't purchase it, so upon clicking it, I get this. Infinite loading.
Getting more and more frustrated, I go to support chat and seller contact. I find that eBay support tells me I haven't ordered anything and also that due to that, there is no seller to contact.
I eventually just outright messaged them through the product on the store, and they said to contact eBay for the issue. It's hard to contact eBay when you CAN'T contact eBay.
