I get error message when trying to upload file through file exchange

I am trying to upload a CSV file to ebay. I always get the message (Actions are not matching with the header). I tried many suggestions mentioned here, but with no result. It is my first time to list in bulk and I need a step by step guidance to know what I am missing in the file format that makes ebay refuses to upload it. Thanks

I would be glad to help. I can not see the file. If you would provide a screenshot of the csv file, I might be able to see what the issue is.
