I cant check out with paypal

I cant check out an item on Ebay when I select to pay with PayPal.

Process hangs after I write down my PP password in "Log in with Paypal" window. Annoying circle spins indefinitely, followed by message "Checking your info...". 

Im sure My PP pasword is correct because I can log in to paypal site.

I tried with my laptop on chrome and IE and also my phone from the app and chrome..

I tried with some ebay alternatives like ebay.ca or ebay.fr and nothing.

Any idea ?

for me none of this solutions are working.. Does anybody solved it?? How
I tried in diferent computers and phones, with and without 2fa, with and without one touch.. in diferents ebays like ebay.ba or ebay.fr.
Nothing is working when I try to check out.
I used My pp and ebay account for more than 9 years with no problem.
Any solution ??

I see you are registered in Argentina. Are you using a VPN?

Are other users in Argentina have difficulty checking out with PayPal?

im registered in Argentina but on holydays now in french polynesia.. Im not using any vpn
