I cant add my shipping address?

Hello

I am new here and i wonder why i cant adding my shipping address? 

when i enter the information the button not responding and the address not added, also the mobile phone field not responding too when trying to change the small flag

any advice please?

I have tries a phone and a pc but it didn't solve the problem

Try calling eBay customer service. Make sure that you have a valid mobile number on your account so that they can verify you. Once that's done, they will be able to add the address for you. As far as the flag goes, go to the homepage and scroll down to the bottom and make sure that it's on the appropriate country's site.
