I cannot log into Ebay.

I finally was able to get into Ebay but it keeps asking me to sign in over and over again.  Ebay has gone haywire. Im unable to do anythiong at this time.   UGH!

all the while... eBay reps keep insisting that it's a user problem.  So frustrating... as the problem just keeps getting worse with each passing day.
