I can't view Purchase before the last 30 days. No one, even a supervisor, is capable of helping.

I can't view purchases before the last 30 days.  I saw somtehing about being able to look at purchases over the last 3 years.  I can't figure out how to do this.  I looked at Orders and there is a selection of 10, 50 ,75, 100.  No matter which option I choose nothing works.

No one at e bay has a clue how to resolve this.  Supervisors are useless.

If you go to the "Purchase History" link from your My eBay page, you should see a line near the top right of the page that says "See orders from: The last 60 days" with a drop down menu to let you choose each of the last three years.

If you don't see that line, try a different web browser.
