Perhaps EBay's website is set up to do this error so we can't make a claim. I can't make my claim either.
Been trying all morning. Guess we just put it to credit card dispute huh Ebay?
I have tried like 10 times now and it keeps saying "You're not authorized to access this server".
Then Ebay and PayPal wonder why we had to notify our credit card for a charge back yet again.
Bad enough sellers make us do all this taking pictures, writing out claims and sending bad items to see if they can get them sold. Then denying us a refund and a return label. That's where I'm at.
I have tried to put in my whole claim I have written out, my pictures taken of defective item and asking for return label like all us good decent buyers do and yet we get these hassles with website not working.
I get this claim through I'm done on this website for years! To see if it ever improves, ever!
