My iPad is up-to-date with iOS 17.0  but my eBay app is still telling me I need to update it and when I go into setting it doesn’t show any up date needed for my eBay app. how do I fix that

Try deleting the eBay app, restarting your iPad, and then installing the latest version of the eBay app from The App Store.
