I can't print packing slips

When i try to print packing slips from the paid and waiting shipping page or from the shipping page it does not work.  Ebay in general seems to be glitchy all week.  I can't access terapeak either.  Anyone have any help?

Could be your browsers cookies are corrupted. Clear cookies and history see if that helps. 
I personally haven't had any issues with eBay's website.
