I can’t post anything for sale- can’t even list drafts.

I have no idea why this is happening, I can create a listing and everything is fine with it. Nothing missing. I press list it and it just returns me to the page with the draft. No reason why I can’t. Please help 

basically, nothing will list (officially go up for sale) and I don’t know why.

Did you sign up for Managed Payments? If you were required to sign up for Managed Payments, and haven't signed up yet, that could be the problem. Another problem could be if your name doesn't match exactly (including the middle initial) between your bank and eBay is you already signed up for Managed Payments. Good luck.
