I can't make on offer

Every time I make an offer, I get the following message: "There was a problem with an eBay internal system or process. Contact eBay developer support for assistance".

If you're on the website, are you encountering the error on .com or .co.uk?

I haven't seen other reports here on .com.

I suggest posting on the UK forum to see if others in your region are dealing with this and can offer assistance:

You should see a ? icon on the bottom right corner of the listing page. Click on that to file a tech report.

If you have the app you may want to make offers through the app until the website issue is fixed. If you haven't already tried basic troubleshooting like trying another browser, do that first.
