When is the last time you used the two step verification to log into your account?  If you call eBay and convince them it is your account maybe they will turn off your two step verification.

Hey @adre-271001 . This is the .com forum. You might want to post your question on community.ebay.co.uk

I can provide you with the .com customer service info but that won't help if you're registered and selling on .co.uk.

Here's the general .co.uk help page:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/call_us?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000

Most of it will be automated and take you in circles, but some pages will have a chat or call back option at the bottom (at least that's how it is here on .com).

Make sure you are on ebay.co.uk and then use the sign in page to enter your username. On the page where you see the password entry, there should be a "Need help signing in?" link. Use that. On the page where you can reset your password, there should be a link under that to contact eBay specifically for users having problems signing in.

You can also contact eBay via social media, but you may have a hard time convincing someone that you are actually the original account holder if you are unable to take a call from eBay to your original phone number.
