I can't list items (IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S US error message).

I'm able to purchase items, but I can't list anything. 

As soon as I click 'Get Started' after typing the title, I get this (see pic).

Check you were creat business account or will check payment method linked correctly for eBay.

Not working for me also for the past 30 mins. It seems like if you use their single listing option you cannot edit or create new listings. I was able to edit some listings in the bulk editor. I'm trying to make a new listing and it is frozen or shows the message you screenshot.

One problem after another.  For one of the largest e-commerce businesses sure seems to have a lot of e-problems.  Appears to be a lot of  the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Yep, and it's really annoying. I don't understand with all the fee's they suck out of people that they struggle to keep their sight operational.

I tried on three different browsers & figured it was actually down.

I don't sell a lot of items, so I'm nowhere near any 'limits'.  

It worked the next day 🙂.

I hope it is working for everyone else also!
