I can't change the country.

So far, there has been no problem changing the country, but after changing the country to Malaysia, I can no longer change the country. Is there anyone who solved this problem?

I realize you don't want to be advised to open a new account, however depending on the change you're trying to make, that may be required.

With eBay's payment system, they do not allow sellers to change country of registration in most cases.

If you are using the account exclusively for buying, then you can continue to use this account. Just save your new address in whichever country you're currently residing as your shipping address and make it the default address.

 However, some tricky sellers in certain countries sometimes refuse to buy after seeing registered addresses. This is very inconvenient.
