Hello.I'm from Ukraine.
Payoneer approved my account,but impossible to publish the listing,I receive this message:
"Unfortunately, we can't provide our services to customers located in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR),
the Luhansk People’s Republics (LNR), or the Crimea region of Ukraine at this time. This includes registering accounts
from these regions, listing items from these regions, or shipping items to these regions. Regions within the Kherson
Oblast and the Zaporizhzhia Oblast are also subject to certain restrictions. We regret any inconvenience that this may
Cause.
But I live in the Odesa region, there are no sanctions here. Live chat doesn't help. Who can I ask why this happened?

You already asked this twice on 10/3 Thursday.  This is your third time asking.  The decision was made by Ebay to restrict your location from selling. There is nothing we as community members can advise or change the situation you have. You will need to find another platform to sell on.
