I see you are registered in Israel.
Do you see images if you go to other country sites, such as ebay.co.uk or ebay.ca?
Make sure your network or firewall is not blocking ebayimg.com. If there is a router or ethernet switch between your computer and your network, try rebooting it.
Try using another computer on another network to see if you encounter the same issue.
The issue from three years ago appears to have been a Firefox problem, so it is unlikely to be related to what you are experiencing.
