Hi there.  Been a busy little me the last few days.  Been trying to make space. 

However, I am forced to take a break.  I do not know for how long.  It seems that eBay is "fixing" something. 

Says my Photos are videos, and I can only have one. 

I even tried dragging the photo over. Still tried to upload as a video.  I tried a bunch of times. There are going to be holes in the reviewing cue.

It seems ebay is stuck on stupid today.

Were all photos taken on the same day? Have you tested uploading some older successful photos?

Are you taking photos with a phone that has a "live" feature?

Is it possible that your photos are too big? Did you recently change the photo size on your device?  A break is nice too.  Gives you a chance to re-energize.

What ever the issue was it looks like it's resolved.

I was able to list without difficulty a few minutes ago.

Not for me... this is what I see...  I even tried putting the photo in the video square.  Still said it was a video. 

I only had three more..  

That is not a video, it is a photo.

Yeah, It was not my first listing today.  More like 7 or 8.  All the photos are from the same session. 

Oh I didn't try a different photo.  Hold on...

Okie doke, it do work, a different photo worked.  Del'd that one so I wouldn't try to use it again. 

I am sure I screwed something up somewhere.  Shouldn't there have been an error message? Maybe it was a video.  oh gosh.  You can laugh at me.  It is good.

I have an iPhone, and it frequently scrolls from "photo" to some sort of "live" setting that I can never find or turn off, which captures a second of action ahead of the snapshot. It's some sort of pocket setting, as in, it gets set while in my rear pocket.
