I'm not quite sure what is happening here.
I've tried troubleshooting everything--logged out of my account, tried different web browsers, tried logging back in on multiple computers--but I am unable to click on anything. Basically, what happens is, when I go in to add a new Shipping address, i am no longer able to click on 'Addresses' or any other links within the 'Account' tab.
All I get is an underscore under the chosen link and the mouse pointer disappears. Please help!

I am in same situation as well. I want to change my payment info, but all the links within the account tab are unclickable. Have tried different browsers, use my mobile phone on 4G. Same results. Have you gotten it fixe already?

That seems to be working for me in desktop mode using Chrome on my Android phone. Also works in mobile mode. Links are clickable, and pages load.
If you are unable to change your address using your phone, try an actual desktop browser.

I am in the same situation. I am unable to click on any links within my Account whatsoever. I have cleaned cash, tried different browser, desktop, tablet.. ANYTHING else I can do?

This may or may not be related, but I have been having problems with clicking on "see more" in the category column, changing from new listings to ending soonest along with some others on the search page, they are just dead.

Try another browser to rule out browser issues. Could be something as simple as needing to update the browser, or clear cache or eBay cookies, or change a setting.

Thanks, tried different browser, that worked. I will try clearing Firefox cache etc later. This only started when they did all the category changes, that is why I wondered if it all could be related, bad piece of code somewhere.

Sometimes a change on eBay's end can conflict with data in your cache or your eBay cookie and cause features not to work or pages not to load correctly. Sometimes a page refresh (or shift-refresh) is enough to get things to load; if not, clearing the cache and manually deleting eBay cookies should do the trick. At some point the cache files or cookies will most likely be overwritten with new data and the issue will likely go away, but clearing the cache and deleting cookies yourself can speed up the process.

Hi, I can't click on any tabs on the My ebay-Account tab; I tried refreshing, deleting cache, using different browsers (chrome and edge) but nothing works. Do you have any other suggestions? Right now I can't check if I even have an actual method of payment.

Nvm, it worked when I changed my language setting from Korean to English. Hope this helps someone!

My problem is the same using Chrome. E-bay clicking is OK with Safari, Firefox and Edge....
Rebooting, cleaning cache and history and bookmark give the same result with Chrome.

You are coming in on a post that started several years ago (7/2021) that also has had several different problems posted over its lifetime that might not even relate to the original question. I suggest starting a new thread with your ongoing issues.
