I am not able to contact or respond to messages. Any suggestions how to make this work?

When a customer contacts me I am not able to reply.  Also when I want to contact a buyer to inform them of what day their order will be shipped it does not allow me to send any messages.  I contacted eBay a couple weeks ago and they said to sign out and sign in, that did not work.  Can someone help me resolve this problem.

is it not in your "inbox" from members?

if so, when you click on it does it open in the 3rd frame to the right "testing"

at the bottom of that frame is "Send Message" when you click the box appears

the icon to the left is send image

the airplane to the right is "Send"

My responding or sending message still does not work.  eBay put a work order in and said there was a glitch and it would be fixed but it still does not work as of 12/1.

eBay has recently changed the way messages are displayed and replied to. This has caused confusion for lots of folks and may be causing an issue for you.

From the message screen, click on the "Send message" text above the button, and you should be able to start typing your message.

If that is still not working for you, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
