The easiest way to share individual items in email is to copy the URL of the item and paste it directly into an email message. The only concern with that technique is that if the item ends, eBay will redirect the link to a "similar" item. There should be a large banner at the top that says "The item you're looking for has ended" -- and there should be a link to the original item, and possibly a link to the relisted item.
It used to be possible to email a link to your wish list, but eBay has done away with that capability. It is still possible to print a copy of a list (other than the watch list itself), but it is a bit involved.
