How to report privacy-related system issue

I recently discovered (what I believe to be) a privacy-related bug in the system, which exposed me to another eBay users's private email address (which violates eBay's Member-to-Member Contact Policy).

Is there a way to report the bug directly to eBay staff? It seems irresponsible to describe the steps to recreate it here in a public forum.
