In the past when I had to print return shipping labels for buyers it was a one click operation within the return process. It is now telling me to purchase a label from a carrier, download the label, and send it to the buyer. Is this something that is done outside of ebay? Do I need to go to the post office to buy the label? I talked to customer service and they could not help me. Their advice was to wait 24 hours and try again. The time limit for me to respond to the return request will expire before the 24 hours ends. At that point ebay will refund the buyer and I won't get the item back. Can anyone tell me how to purchase a label outside of the return process and download it and send it to a buyer?
