I have an existing shipping rate table in which I need to remove Ireland from one price category. So I go to the new Shipping Preferences page and hit "Edit" and then pull down to the name of my current table.
The only option is "add regions / states" (a "+" symbol). Not wanting to do that, I go up and click on Ireland in my existing table. This leads to a list of every region in the world. I click "Europe." A form comes up with every country in Europe checked as places to be included in the category.
In desperation I go back and hit the "+". It gives me a similar display: every country checked (with those already in the category greyed out). It appears that I have to go through and check all the countries I want in the category and uncheck all that I don't. That's pretty easy with the existing countries greyed-out.
So I do that, making sure Ireland is unchecked. I save the new table and then open it again. Of course, Ireland is still there, just as it was.
