Is anyone else confused about Ebay's "new and improved" message center? How do I contact Ebay to comment? Since Ebay no longer allows a customer, either seller or buyer, to speak to a live person by phone about an issue, Ebay gives you a series of topics, as a Buyer/as a Seller, then questions that may or may not relate to the actual problem. I had to choose Technical Issues in order to ask the quest ion about how does the Community feel about the new Ebay message center. Has Ebay had a massive layoff of employees , resorting to only "canned/automated" responses?

Use the "Tell us what you think" link on the classic eBay Messages page to report issues or to provide your opinion of the changes.
If you are using the new "chat-style" format, use the "Updated messaging feedback" link in the lower right corner next to the link to switch back to classic.
If you need to contact eBay directly, you can do so here:

Not OP, but trying to contact support via chat, not a call back.
Did they get rid of chat? The link you provided only has the call back option.
