How should I cancel a sale that I can't ship due to a ebay glitch?

I sold a few items today.

I printed out the rest of my labels without any problem.

I'm just having trouble with this one label.

I get this error message:

It's been several hours.

If I can't print the label, i'll have no choice but to cancel the transaction.

What reason would you use?

Why not print the label on usps.com? Or at least try to see if there is an overall issue with the address. It may cost a bit more but if its just this one time? And if usps also gives an error then you will know it is 'problem with address' and use that reason.

Or print a label from pirateship.com.

Hi Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?  also try using an incognito/privet browser window.

You can also use PayPal or pirateship for labels.

It's a 15 oz First Class label.

USPS.com will only let me print out a Priority Mail label.

https://paypal.shipstation.com/orders offers the same discounts as you get on ebay.

Why do you have to cancel? What time are you shipping tomorrow? Must be at least 12 hours from now and probably longer.

Just try again in the morning or print it elsewhere (USPS, PirateShip).

Is there a reason it MUST get shipped tomorrow?

Maybe you can buy a label if you change the payment option back to Paypal?  When I have printing problems I use the public library.

I shouldn't have to shop elsewhere for a shipping label for something I sold on ebay.

Why would you have to cancel.  I had the same problem today too.  For me the problem has not yet cleared up but if I can't ship through Ebay by tomorrow, I'll just ship through PayPal.  It is really easy.  There is no reason to lose the sale unless that is your choice.

Just do it through Pirate Ship. Can have it pull the address from eBay or copy/paste it manually.

I do all the time - just think of it as being agile! 

It'll probably be fine tomorrow, though - this IS Thursday Update for eBay, which is when the circus really gets going.

I totally ignored your incognito window suggestion.

Then I went to the technical issues board and somebody there suggested the same thing.

So I tried it and it worked!  The error message was gone and I was able to print out my label.

I am having the same issue on multiple orders.  Not sure what the problem is but I am sure its and Ebay issue.
