WHY do I have to continually 'verify' myself every. single. time. I try to log in?
And fgs why are you using the old captcha stuff to do it?

I haven't had to do this yet. Wonder if it's a Seller only security check?
Advice to eBay ... the more hoops you make your Customers jump through, the less Customers you'll have.
Just a thought.

It's very annoying and happens to me as well. I use the same desktop computer, haven't deleted any cookies, and there's been no changes but still I have to verify my log in repeatedly. SMH....

There's another thread on here that says disabling the Virus protection worked for them. You might try that and see if it works and if it does, try to figure out which setting might be changed in it........

Some users have reported turning of VPN software helped along with disabling pop up add software helped. I my self have to experienced this and other than having to log in when doing anything store or seller related for the 1st time each day I do not have to do it again unless I switch browsers.
I am using a win 10 pc with edge and chrome for the browser. For the seller hub I have noticed a slight lag time on edge. This is why I am also using chrome. So perhaps if it is not a 3rd part software issue then it could be a issue with a older OS and browser that eBay has cut off regular support for to reduce cost on their end. you might try a different device to see if the issue persists then if it does not compare device info to see if you can determine from the differences what may be causing the issue.
