I just started a return on an item I bought. Ebay sent me to a page where I would print a free USPS return label, but their app is screwed up. All it prints is an empty rectangle. Now what do I do? I have not found a way yet to actually contact someone at ebay for help, so I've come here for some words of wisdom.
As a last resort, I suppose I can buy my own label at USPS and eat the cost. But it will be half the price of the item I'm returning.

@clutchc If the other mentors suggestions do not work then contact CS so that they can email you a copy of the label.
The best place to contact CS is on social media.
Contact customer service:

Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address,phone number, email address, user ID and a brief explanation of your problem.

Try a desktop browser, if possible. Or a mobile browser in desktop mode.

You can ignore the bit about contacting EBay via either Twitter or Facebook.....they don't answer there either! EBay currently has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or way to contact them. THEY screwed up one of my returns and are sitting on funds they have already had returned to them and basically TS and have stolen the $$ by making themselves completely unavailabe.
