I'm trying to sell items but once I tell it 'what' I get a null page - can't get past it. It seems to generate a draft but I can't upload pictures, description, etc. Using Firefox.
Try changing your browser to Chrome or Safari. If that doesn't work contact ebay support through Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness. They may be able to help you.
First, try Chrome. Its the preffered browser for eBay. If that doesn't work, go to the help/support pages on the site and you can request eBay customer service to call you.
