For the last couple of weeks I’ve been trying to sell some items I have on sale to two different customers, but I don’t know if they even got them or not.
the MAIN reason I say this, is that I immediately wrote back to them to answer their inquiries, but never heard back from them even when I tried to send a follow up message to them to see if they were still interested.
I even have eBay send a copy of the PMs i send out to my own email, and I get the copies fine, but still no reply back from the two customers.
At first I thought they had lost interest for some reason even though with one of them I had replied immediately to their inquiry as soon as I had seen it, and that was weeks ago.
then earlier today I received another message from one of the people who never replied to my previous messages, and they were asking again about the items I had on sale, like they had never received my previous messages. I sent a reply back again immediately and still have yet to get one back.
so how do I find out if my PM is being blocked or something, if they really are not getting my messages when I send them out or not?
