Do you mean you want to set that page as your My eBay landing page?
If so, go to the page you want to use and see if there is a text link in the upper right corner of the page to change your My eBay home page or landing page -- if so, use that. If there is not a text link, see if there is a little ribbon icon outline next to your feedback number and click on that. If the icon is filled in, that page is your home page.
