How can a site that relies on Checkout & Buy It Now not do that 100%?

Ebay ebay ebay...I go from my highest $$ days in years yesterday to my lowest today. Why? Because you are having issues with "Buy It Now" and "checkout"? I do hope someone is being demoted or retrained on how to keep a website operational.

18 years I have been selling, you've been here since 1995...it is 2019 and you still cannot keep the website working properly? I mean really? Instead of changing everything every year causing mass casualties, why not concentrate on doing the basics at 100%.. PLEASE!!!

Looks like they fixed the problem, just got 2 sales and checked to see if was fixed and looks good.
