and so i did... but this stupid bot that keep answering say : we upgrading so we cant answer"...., or she keeps ask me why i calld and i cant seem to figure what to tell her so she will transfer me to a real human being... instand she keeps ask question and saying to transfer you to the right person tell me ur problem , after i tell her she says for help go to the web and hangs up... i need HUMAN help! what to do anyone know?
