Hide Order function not working on Purchase History page

On my Purchase History page, the Hide Order function no longer works properly. An order of one item, once hidden, remains hidden when the page is refreshed. However, any order of two or more items will not stay hidden. Those orders reappear when the page is refreshed. I now have nine multiple-item orders -- all delivered to me and all with my feedback posted -- that I can't hide. Calls to eBay customer service have not resolved it. Is anyone else experiencing this? Apparently, there is no way to directly report problems to eBay's web design people.

There seems to be a problem with hiding orders on the Purchase History page, particularly if you have multiple items from the same seller. This seems to have happened in the last month or so.

Bookmark the link from that post and use it load an old version of the "All Buying" page. Scroll down to the Purchases section, select the items you want to hide, and use the "archive" button at the top of that section to hide those items.

well, i'm glad to know this isn't only affecting me.

make managing what I have received/left feedback before a bit more complicated and unclear but, i mean, this sites layout in general is still stuck in web 1.0, why should it's functionality not remain in the 20th century too?

Still not working for me. Problem started in June. Don't bother asking Ebay customer service, you won't get an honest answer nor do they care.

Gee whiz, I thought it was only me!  I called customer service on Friday 26 July.  The tech definitely did not know anything about this issue.  She did, however, try to use the "hide purchase" option herself and she confirmed its failure to function.

I do alot of buying on ebay, and the "hide purchase" option is very convenient for me for when I've received an item and left seller feedback.  It's my way of closing out the purchase and it de-clutters the screen.  I don't understand how this can still be a technical problem after TWO MONTHS!!  Furthermore, I don't think any ebay member, buyer or seller, should be forced to do a "work around" fix-it.  I want my chosen purchases to be hidden, not archived.

Please, EBAY SOFTWARE TECHNICIANS, fix this long-standing problem.  I'm sure we'll all be very grateful and right now we feel quite ignored and frustrated

I agree... After this length of time a 'work around' (while appreciated) is really not sufficient, nor exactly what we want when we merely want to 'hide' the order upon conclusion. This is really annoying.
