I have made an offer on an item and then reconsidered and purchased it
full price because I didn't want to risk losing it to another buyer...
perhaps that's what happened? Unless I'm misunderstanding your
situation?!
I agree... After this length of time a 'work around' (while appreciated)
is really not sufficient, nor exactly what we want when we merely want
to 'hide' the order upon conclusion. This is really annoying.
